Are you a wine lover and looking for a place to celebrate your wedding? Well, you might as well consider this in your bucket list.
West Virginia has that place all in one, a vineyard with an underground chapel and stocked with countless bottles of wine.
It’s time you found out all about Lambert’s Vineyard and the wedding and event venue they’ve got tucked away under all those miles of grapevines.
Lambert’s Winery was established in 1992 by, Jim and Debbie Lambert. This winery is constructed from hand-cut stones gathered from various parts of West Virginia with multiple fireplaces surrounded by rocking chairs and amazing grounds throughout the winery.
Along with the winery, catering is offered for weddings/events hosted on-site. As one of West Virginia’s best wineries, we would like to welcome you to do a tour and tasting of this beautiful and relaxing winery or purchase some WV pottery.
Known for their fine wines and for their beautiful grounds, the family-owned Lambert’s Winery is a scenic, rewarding destination located in beautiful Weston, West Virginia.
The Lambert family provides so many options for visitors to their vineyard and vintage winery. Spend the night at the onsite winery cabin, or bring your gear and camp at one of their full hook-up sites. Take a winery tour and enjoy a wine tasting. Host an event, including but not limited to a wedding, on their beautiful grounds.
And while you’re there, don’t forget to ask about their underground wine cave, more commonly known as the Lambert’s Winery Underground Wedding Facility.
This beautiful underground chapel features components of a traditional church building, like large, beautiful stained glass windows…
… but also components that you would expect from a winery, like a room stocked to the brim with hundreds and hundreds of bottles of wine.
What a perfect room to get ready for a wedding in! This video footage of Lambert’s Winery’s underground chapel from their website, courtesy of YouTube user Aesthetix, highlights all the neatest features of the new underground addition to the Lambert’s Winery complex.
