Do You Have A Sparkly Disposition? 15 Champagne Cocktails That We Love

Recipes

Champagne cocktails have become synonymous with brunch. It’s for good reason: These simple yet refreshing drinks lend themselves beautifully to a whole host of food pairings, from Dutch baby pancakes to cheesy egg scrambles. But don’t limit these effervescent cocktails to brunchtime or special occasions. We think that just about any time of day calls for a bubbly drink. To help you get mixing, we pulled together (some of) our favorite sparkling drinks.

A handful of recipes on this list call for Prosecco, Cava, or other bubblies. However, you can substitute Champagne for any of these. While a swap might change the flavor profile of the original cocktail slightly, we think you’ll still love the result. Not to mention, these drinks are a great way to utilize leftover Champagne —even if that’s a scarce occurrence.

Pro tip: If you are using higher-end Champagne, keep the orange juice to about two ounces to retain the wine’s original flavor.
