Gluten Free Bruschetta

 

  • 1 ‘Caulipower’ pizza crust
  • 2 tbsp kerrygold butter melted
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ball mozzarella cheese cut into slices
  • 2-3 medium tomato diced
  • 6-8 fresh basil leaves rough chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar

 

Brush crust with melted butter and garlic powder, and bake at 350. Place tomato and basil in bowl stir in olive oil and set aside. After crust is golden brown remove from oven and place mozzarella on crust and return to oven just long enough to melt cheese. Remove from oven and spoon on tomato mixture spread evenly, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
