Smoky Summer Salsa

One Large Jalapeño Seeded and Diced 
(for hotter salsa leave seeds and ribs in tact)
1/4 Medium White Onion 
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Medium Red Tomatoes 
1 Large Yellow Tomato 
1/2 Lime Juiced 
4 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
1 tsp Smoked Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the desired consistency is reached. Chill for 30 minutes and serve with your favorite corn chips.
